     Westwood Ministries, Inc is a 501(c)3 non-profit ministry and will never reproduce or distribute client information without the expressed written consent of the client.  All guests and clients are treated with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality possible.  Guest and client information is used only for in-office purposes only. 

     Donations made to Westwood Ministries, Inc. are given by the choice of the donor for the expressed use of ministry operating costs.  All refunded ministry donations and/or event registration donations require a written, faxed or e-mailed request from the donor to Westwood Ministries within the time period stated below.  A refund for ministry donations can be requested by the donor within 30 days of the gift transaction.  After that time ministry donations are considered non-refundable.  A refund for an event registration may be requested by the event participant within 14 business days prior to the start of the event.  After this time registration fees are considered non-refundable.  Registration fees for events that require an up-front deposit for event participation of facility reservation are non-refundable.  In a case where an event sponsored by Westwood Ministries, Inc is cancelled after an individual makes a registration fee donation, Westwood Ministries will send the full donated amount back to the registered participant.  If the event is rescheduled for a later date, the participant may choose to apply the already donated amount to the future event or request a full refund of the donated amount.
